I heard this song play on the radio while I was waiting for my mom in the car 1 year ago, I dont usually listen to the radio but I came across our local college radio and heard this song!, I listened till the song ended but couldn't hear what the song name was, so I searched, endlessly. This was the first time I had to go to a radio broadcasters website to actually find the song list that they had played that day I managed to find it, and I am extremely grateful.

Does anyone remember the stories of the Sirens? They would call ships into the shallows with their beautiful voices and songs They would shipwreck passing ships and drown many sailors or they would sit on the rocks in content and die of thirst or hunger listening to these Angelic voices. That's the way I feel! Thankfully I'm not on a boat!

To everyone that views this video after March 2016: the song title is "; john" and not "john" I get the desire to uniform all the video titles, TWIMC, I do. But hey, this is iamamiwhoami youtube channel, we pretty much expect all songs to be from iamamiwhoami. Plus, this way you mess with peculiar song titles like this one (the semicolon separating these songs from the b-o-u1-u2-n-t-y cluster was genius).

Used to be clean, Now I'm as filthy as can be Scrubbing off every spot Used to be mean, Now I'm as good as can be Raise me up, I'm your star May the god of me protect my soul As I stay a little while longer In this dusty rabbit hole To sing my song chained onto your bed May the god of me protect my soul As I stay a little while longer In this dusty rabbit hole To sing my song chained onto your bed Used to be told, My silence is gold Coughing up every drop Used to keep small, Now I'm granting you all, Stepping up, I'm your star May the god of me protect my soul As I stay a little while longer In this dusty rabbit hole To sing my song chained onto your bed May the god of me protect my soul As I stay a little while longer In this dusty rabbit hole To sing my song chained onto your bed (Used to be clean, now I'm filthy as can be)

Jonna’s songs give me sense of freedom. Her fun, wacky dancing was the main push for me to explore movement, which has given me much joy and many unforgettable experiences. One of the first ones was beckoning my “I don’t know how to dance…” teenage friends in 2011 with “It’s ok, let’s do the wacky dance like iamamiwhoami @ 4:23 !” So many memories just because of this song, not to mention any others… I’m so grateful I’ve had chance to discover her. :’)

It really brings me a lot of memories 😭😭 I was a huge iamamiwhoami fan from their very beginning until 2018. The level of creativity Jonna and Claes delivered in the bounty era was top notch, from the concepts, the visuals, the "live" concert, everything. To be honest, I lowkey stopped caring about the project after the first ionalee project (everybody afraid to be forgotten), but it doesn't take away the fact that they are so brilliantly talented and their music accompanied me thorough almost a decade. Lots of love from Mexico 🇲🇽💗

To whom it may concern: Johna Lee, first how can I get your complete audio/video collection I am in the U.S.. You are an amazing artist all around. I am normally a Rock and Roll kinda guy, but love to venture out into all other types of music and you blow the doors off of anything Madonna could dream up! Second I am a song writer and would love to work with you or have you be my executive producer. Unlike you I am very reclusive and secretive but I want to bust that door down! Third, last. but not least, What the .... only half a million! Should be closer to billion views. I might have a few songs and a style that might help you and me. Don't get me wrong I love your style, in fact do not change just grow. Open minded I am. Sometimes a little change is a good thing. Rob
