Skoda Rapid AC Blower Motor Repair | Bush Change | Vento, Polo, Jetta, Passat Blower Problem Solved
Repairing the AC Blower Motor of Skoda Rapid, the Bushes are fine. Repairing and oiling the internal parts of the motor.
This Blower Motor is same in Skoda Rapid, Skoda Fabia, Skoda Octavia, Skoda Laura, Skoda Superb,
Volkswagen Vento, VW Polo.
The problem with this Blower motor is that after running for 1 minute, it starts bubbling and vibrating hard causes the motor temperature to rise up and finally get jammed after some time.
I took the motor out from the Dashboard, dismantled all the parts, and found only the clips holding the front and rear Bushes are loose after inspecting.
The process to do so is easy but the mechanical textures of the motor are weird, you will get an idea after watching the video.
After watching this video you can easily replace bushes of any DC motor, Repair any DC Motor.

I speak English from US, but understood everything by watching the video. I already purchased a replacement AC blower motor for under $50 and only took two days to ship. While waiting for the new motor, I wanted to try and refurbish the old motor which looks like all it needed was good cleaning AND new contacts which appear worn out past 50%. I think unless I have fresh contacts to replace the worn contacts, a restoration of the ac blower motor would be incomplete. I will try to find replacement contacts before restoring the old motor. I'm curious to see the old motor work as new by simply restoring it. "ThankU" for the video showing ALL the steps I needed to see before attempting my own restore efforts.
