It’s BF as real as she could be ya gotta keep in mind this beautiful biography of JF from his start in drag racing with Castrol as his main sponsor for 25 yrs up until this was made 12+ years ago today nonBF doesn’t look the same but the whole family does if you look closely in so many ways very awesome to be fortunate enough to watch this series and how JFR came from Zero to Hero. Truly special for him and his whole family to be blessed he never slowed down and has held the peddle to the floor since his career started to be able to say he’s proud to have been given the American Dream to the fullest

I seen john one year was walking beside and talking then looked up and seen who it was liked crap couldn't get my camera out of my pocket I was like dam and then find out one of his mechanics lives down the road from me wow

Shit now days they got teams that monitor the track temp with thermal guns every 20 feet. Then a weather station in the other hand. That feeds all this information straight to a the main computer. Using telemetry. Then they upload all that just information as they drive up to the line. At the last moment. I used to design that same system for motorcycles. As they are not allowed to run telemetry on the bikes themselves.

the team concept is so dead on and all share regardless of who wins is so inspirational, tooooooooo bad so many do not understand this concept, work places would be so much better, i work in a franchise store and the owner is all about me and you are my slave so there tends to be a big turnover in management.

No offence ladies, I did very well at drag racing in the 70s and 80s.. Than I joined the SCCA and did mostly autocross and some road racing. I was bored with drag racing. Meet me on the autocross course, Or on a road course
