you should of the metronome beat playback, and choose time instead of beat if you are recording audio. beat is for composing sound loops.

Does this software allow independent live loop length audio recording where tracks with different loop lengths are still looped in sync ? I know abelton live can do that so I'm trying to figure out which other DAWs have that option.

I have one question bruh , okay so when I plug my mic and my headphone to my computer I get a lil problem w the sound, I usually hear the beat through my headphones NOT through the computer which is a problem because when I try to record it obviously picks up everything including the beat so is there an option to hear the sound through the headphones and not through the computer?

Matt Nardone the metronome may have been too loud in the headphones wen recording and could of bleed into the recording

[Non-Fiction Boxing] probably has something to do w/ your interface driver. Try to download a more up to date one

Very useful video. Thanks for uploading. I was trying to record a song on a karaoke track. And when I click on the "record" button in mixcraft, I start getting "tuck, tuck, tuck" sound. I noticed that you also get it as soon as the record button (the red button) is clicked. Its very annoying to hear that while I sing the song. Any idea on how to get rid of that sound ?

that's the metronome, just click the green metronome button on the bottom and uncheck the 'playback' option.

Janbert MC Official its latency problems. Go into preferences and change the buffer size etc until its fixed

@@janmcofficial no problem, I had same problem. Also to elaborate, change the "sample rate, and buffer size". it will tell you the latency/delay. HOWEVER if you are using coreaudio you will probably need to use "exclusive mode".
