Do celebrities put out public files of their listed plastic surgeries these days now? a natural lip isn't so stiff and plump like that unless its been altered in some way. it isn't natural and doesn't fit. look at someone when thin lips. both lips are the same width and shape. Even full lips both would be full. However hers are full only the top is fuller.
