its very strange configuration...generally there is no bedroom near kitchen in apartments but here one master bedroom is directly touching the kitchen

Firstly, There are two masters in the front wing of the house and this is 3rd master of the house. Also you are comparing two different segments. Lastly, when it comes to the floor layout of independent floors the kitchen is generally kept near the rear section.

@@IamIndian I am not saying its bad...i am saying its strange may be I have not seen such arrangement much but even in 2 BHK, 3 BHKs, bedrooms are away from kitchen.
