I heard of an interesting story about how Nova Scotia was named. (Can any Bluenosers out there can verify?). It goes on the line of the King of England at the time was asked on what to name that colony in the new world. New England was already taken, so it was named in honour of the King's favourite tutor who happened to be a Scott... thereby the name New Scotland --> "Nova Scotia". Truth be told, most Scots actually have no idea of Nova Scotia's existence until a recent anniversary event.

Rhin (who is our VA for Nova Scotia and made this video) is also from Nova Scotia. Even though her Joel MacKenzie voice is lower, her normal voice pretty much sounds the same. So there are Nova Scotians who talk with that accent.

Fairly flat in some areas, bumpy in others. Lots of Wheet and COWS EVERYWHERE. Even though I live in Calgary, a busy, ugly dirty city you can still see COWS if you wander out to far. There's lots of neat land forms in Lethbridge, and Edmonton looks pretty nice to. People outside of Calgary like to dress like cowboys and people IN Calgary like to dress like cowboys only once a year, yaaay Stampede.
