Ha, in college my apartment and the boys’ apartment across from us made a short movie based on the theme “what if…”. (Each group made a video and they were all so fun, though at the mini Oscar’s ours won) :) We chose “what if Disney was gender-swapped?” and had Cinderfella, Miss Charming (moi), Jazz-man (for Jasmine) and Jeanie, etc, and for some reason the guys brought in Batman as well and he was the best part. 😂 The synopsis was Cinderfella getting up the guts to ask a girl to the ball-that is, the ballgame. I got an Oscar for best stunt of all the videos, for falling all the way down a flight of stairs. Oh man, I’m going back to rewatch it now, I want a good laugh 😆

Also, she met the prince before the ball which was nice and there weren't any recreated singing in the story, though Lavender's Blue is an og song in the LA. I could say the same for Alice in Wonderland because the LA felt somewhat like a sequel to the animated version.

Actually, I think that the prince using inception to dive in Aurora's dreams would actually make for an interesting plot line. Like let's say that the kiss doesn't work and would have to use some kind of magic to dive into her dreams to get her out, but he has to to it quick because since that she had been sleeping for a long time, she'd be dying from a lack of food and water because of the eternal slumber. Eventually in that sequence, they both kiss and manage to get out if the dream scape thus breaking the spell and saving the kingdom.
