There are questions I still have: - where & how do you advertise for leads? - what about business agreements? - do you send leads to a few businesses at a time and see who takes the leads or just give away a few free leads before contacting that one business? Do you have advanced training on this or other videos that explain? Do you have any agreement templates?

Hey Paul - thanks so much for putting this whole training together! I followed everything you taught, and my site is ranking first page for a few keywords since your last video. Since it's already ranking, should I just build out the rest of the site with more links and pages with additional keywords, and not even worry about backlinks? The city I chose is incredibly small, only 5,000 people but I'm the 2nd listing down for about 3 keywords now just from the main page, which is awesome. I got your DialHawk software, no calls yet, but maybe I need to give the site a more polished and pro look, add pages...etc. Thanks again!

Hey man, I'd suggest you to open as many social media accounts such as twitter, facebook, pinterest, yelp it is really going to help for you to rank even further and you will have less to worry about later on. Btw. Did you get some success, could you please tell me more about your experience after few months have passed?

Paul, have you ever had an issue setting up a lead gen site like this, doing call forwarding to the potential client/clients for them to trial your service and the effort creating the website is wasted? ie they are not interested? What is your win rate with this method?

How do you suggest going about creating content for a niche that doesn't have a lot of Keywords or should I stay away from this kind of niche. In your example you created a page for each keyword and added content specific to that keyword. I don't have enough keywords to do that so I instead looked at the type of content my competitors were using and based it off that using the same main keyword in every page. Will that work or should I focus on niches with lots of keywords?

Hi Kelly - This site took me 1 week to finish start to finish, but keep in mind I was doing it step by step to teach everyone here on the channel and spread it out purposefully. I have a lot of sites, I don't even know the exact number in the 100's, they're not all lead gen sites though but a ton of them are.

what happens when the customer sees the real company that perform the service with an entirely different name/brand? Im assuming the company you are selling leads to will not change their company logo on trucks or uniforms when they physically go perform the service.

Hi Paul, since you are known for telling it like it is...hehe, will you please settle this quandary once and for all (for those of us who sacrificed and spent the money on GROOVE PAGES, you know that thing that the majority of affiliates made bank in promoting, as the BEST of all time page builder, best SEO optimized, best funnel builder etc etc... why it is that you and the Sharks use WP, which is probably the least secure from hacking, biggest pain in the rear to constantly keep the themes and plugins updated, as well as have to spend the extra money on hosting etc...I have never been able to figure this out.
