Nope, they are just for the weekly cards like for now the highest you can exchange for is an 87 totw, once they drop the next week, the 90 totw will finally become available once they drop the 91s or 92s whatever overall they pick next

Most likely I’ll wait another week or two and see if the put any Lineman in those exchange sets. To me, other players won’t be useful unless it’s for TT
