Base Variant without quick shifter is pure value for money.. 1.310cc brilliant engine 2. Great looks 3. Exceptional Headlight 4. Cruise control (only bike in segment gives for base variant standard) 5. Bluetooth connectivity 6. Optional accessory to get climate control seat.. for below 3 lakhs on road this is great

Why should we harp on vibration. trust me, once you drive it your body will tune out the vibration. i own one and its my very first bike, vibration should be a real concern for me unlike you who are bikers probably from very start. its not that bad. in a month i am closing 4000 kms, thats how fun this is and touched 160km/h. took it on long tours, immense comfort.
@iamstrell
@iamstrell 10 ай бұрын
Infact I have mentioned it twice in the video on where I am finding it and which rpm/speed I am observing it. Tbh the bike has potential and shouldn't have killed it, telling it has vibration. This vibration is nowhere close to what we use to see with old REs. In this one, we hear vibration because of the plastics across the tank, but it's not as annoying as it sounds. May be it can be reduced like how BS3 KTM owners use to do fixes for their vibration issues.

@@iamstrell i agree, the best fix for my rtr310 i came across to have heavier handle bar weights. the tvs service man installed on mine free of cost. and that reduced the vibes to an extent. its reverse inclined engine, it has its harmonics.

personally, i had been waiting for auto transmission bike or higher capacity adventure scooter. Africa DCT is beyond reach and honda has 350cc adventure scooter globally but not ready to sell in India even at premium. So, TVS, Hero had been my hope. While TVS brought this working quickshifter, it didn't bring in adventure tourer format. What that means is lack of long travel suspension, small pillion seat for tradeoff racer looks, small tank, high revving nature instead of smooth delivery. Does RTR overcome all these compromises to offer what adventure tourer could offer. My benchmark is 400x scrambler with quickshifter.

@shadow_realm47
@shadow_realm47 10 ай бұрын
Cb300r will be slightly better for a newer rider. It is lighter and more manouverable. The pillion seat is also more usable. It's basically a big bore version of the old cbr250 with a new bodykit so long-term reliability is unquestionably good. Service is better cus bigwing( but it still depends on location) The TVS is good fun if you're gonna keep it for 2-3 years max and then move on to a big bike or a 2 bike garage. CB300 is for someone who wants a reliable long-term workhorse.

@shadow_realm47
@shadow_realm47 10 ай бұрын
Depends on the roads you look to travel and what kind of person you are. Scrambler for a mix of good and bad roads 25km journeys(seating posture is friendlier, tyres are capable). RTR 310 for nicer roads, open highways( cruise control). If you are an absolute beginner RTR has a lower Power mode. If you are a flashy person the yellow RTR 310 is the best looking bike in my opinion. If you're a simple, sober, gentleman who is not a beginner and also have a regular pillion scrambler 400x should be your choice.

Making a smartphone out of bike isn't innovation. It's the mechanical innovation that matters, and in that this motor simply isn't up there. Neither the most powerful nor refined. For utmost power go with Duke 390 (399 CCs of madness) or for utmost refinement go with the 300r. Apache doesn't cut either way. And that's one VERY unrefined motor compared to its rivals.
