4:34 very well said about the calculation and precision. Even when I has upgraded from 150cc to a 300cc motorcycle, I took time to adjust to the power, because just a small twist of the throttle can pull you ahead easily on a powerful motorcycle. But, too much acceleration also means too much braking. Hence, with great power comes great responsibility! Ride Safe!!!

Here's what I want to know. I live in the US (Michigan) and I ride a Yamaha FZ6, which is pretty similar to the CBR650F/650R in terms of the market segment. Our highway speeds here are in the 80mph range (130kmh), but I never really get the opportunity to cruise at much higher speeds or even momentarily do 200kmh+ runs. Do you get such chances on Indian highways?
@vernoncrasto2 жыл бұрын
We sure do! Cops are not always around on most of the highways. And also the highways around Bangalore beyond a radius of 50kms seem like a good stretch to give some good throttle. You find a lot of bikes on the weekends. Bikers like going out for some early morning coffee!

Love your videos man! Since you've experienced both 250R and the R3 just how powerful is the R3? I'm thinking of buying a 250R for touring purposes (use a pulsar ug3 as of now) but many friends are suggesting to go with the R3 as I'll get bored of the 250r quite soon due to the low power. My plan is to use the 250r for 3-4 years and then upgrade to a 600cc motorcycle instead of wasting an additional 2 lakhs on R3. What would you suggest?
@ajaykaushik22725 жыл бұрын
250r is dead. please buy RR or R3. Honda is not having stock of ABS CBR and there is a big doubt on whether they will update it to bs 6. you shouldn't be buying a bike and later on finding spares to be difficult

@@ajaykaushik2272 You seem to be right...I called up a few dealers and all asked me to book and wait atleast for 2 months, though I got a TD. I'd love to buy the RR but the niggles and vibrations are too many and R3 is a little too expensive with possible bs 6 variant in future. CBR despite being dated, has a butter smooth engine and has proven itself over the years to be largely niggle free

@@shank240 Vibrations on RR are minimal and acceptable. Go ride one and you may feel the same. The vibration levels will become a bit high if riding for too long at the same rpm. i.e riding at 6000rpm for 20-30 min continuously. If your rpm is varying, you won't notice much vibration at all. Wait until jan 2020. New RR is coming. It is rumoured to get many many new features like how the new RTR 200 has. It will not cost much more than current version and will be a lot more value

@@shank240 Yes. I have RR. Done 2500km now in 1.5 mth. Vibrations are there. But its a single cylinder. The vibrations don't bother you much unless you ride constantly at same rpm. If you keep varying the rpm slightly through your ride, the vibrations won't be much of a bother. Even at 150kmh, the vibrations are minimal. The vibration levels are very similar to RTR 200. Maybe CBR is slightly smoother, but this is better bike overall
