It's Good to Have Friends

Hi friends, In this video I go into Omak with my buddy Michael, to buy my winter boots for my next adventure up Chopaka mountain. Then we visit my friend, the Cowboy From Loomis, and he tells me a little about his time cowboy'ing in and around Chopaka, as well as sharing some good tips about places we can go in the area.
I lost some footage for this video, so it is a little choppy in a few spots, also I played around with some new functions of my sound mixer, I think it turned out ok, though I need some practice with it lol
I hope y'all guys enjoy this video, it was a lot of fun to make :)

So glad I checked to see if I could find what was going on with you. I feel deeply for you because my late son and my grandson had issues with substance abuse. My son was clean when he passed in an accident. My grandson went through rehab and is living in a "sober house". He has a job and is doing well. I'm proud of you Matt. Matt. I noticed, every time I feel alone, sad or stressed, I put on your video:) I am in the same situation as you with my family. I experienced a lot I'm My life, lost my son, he drowned and was missing in the ocean for one year. God heard my praire and my son came home so I could get a grave to visit. I got to hold his head in my arms the day before we buried him, because that is what they found, only his head..I have been deeply mistreated by many but I have become strong and grown in those trials, I thank God every day for everything I learned in life through bad experiences. We learn as we go. I live in Norway , I have everything I need, food on the table, roof over my head and Heavenly Father in my life supporting me. Take care my friend. Tone from Norway.

Same... except I don't have a dad, or anyone else support. But the roof & food I count as blessings. I send you hopes for healing, but it's been 6 yrs for me & it's really No better for me. Speaking of wild, I came across a flock of wild turkeys in the suburbs of San Francisco near my friends house, near Berkeley. I couldn't believe it, they were real bold and sassy, one minute they were perched on the roof of the smallest house in the street, next they were walking across the road like a boss like they owned the place, you had to wait or go around them, but not too close. Such a nice video Matt. I really enjoy coming along on your adventures - such beautiful scenery and nature shots. The deer and the turkeys were cool. HI MATTHEW! It was good to meet your friends! I noticed that your friend Dan has the same devotional I have, the Jesus calling one! It came it handy a lot around 12 years ago when I had a lot of unfortunate circumstances happen. I have used it since then too! I have to say it again, the area where you live is sooo gorgeous!! I also love the historic bank in Oraville from when you were exploring with your friend! I have watched so many if your videos recently since the beginning of November till now. Back in October I injured my back and I was unable to move for a long time. I finally had surgery to correct the problem on December 1st and I was watching your videos from my hospital bed! I'm so much better now, although I can now predict the weather with my back haha! Anyway I don't want to get too far off topic 😂 I just enjoyed having your videos around to watch while I was healing! You're right. It's good to have friends. Looks like you've had some really good times with your friends. I'm so glad you got your birth certificate and driver's license. We all have great memories with our parents and of course there are the not so great. That's human nature. None of us is perfect. I always felt the first child is the experiment in parenting.
