Awww that moment of Papa Might hit straight to the heart as it seems to be the impacting saying and tough one to make me burst out crying 😭 also this episode shows some little joy till next episode I believe going to hit the rooftop of emotions to be damage or rejoice for Deku to face the light with his friends or fall into a dark pit of anger and loneliness.

I think AFO was being utterly sincere when All Might visited him in Tartarus. He said that just like All Might wanted to become the symbol of peace, AFO became what he is purely because he wanted to be an “evil devil king”, which he then repeated when he broke out of prison. It’s so interesting to see a villain truly embrace evil for evils sake.

This has been a long time coming sadly. Midoriya has lacked a sense of self worth. We see that throughout the series. He always minimizes his accomplishments and blows his downsides or setbacks way out of proportion. That makes him his own worst critic and makes him have unrealistic expectations of himself. Past seasons Midoriya always compares his work in progress to All Might at the height of his power and skill. When he falls short he takes it as proof he is not worthy of OFA, which is ridiculous because comparing a first year hero student to the former #1 hero who had decades of experience under his belt is not a fair comparison. Midoriya is selfless, but his lack of self worth makes him feel he has to do everything and he has no right to feel bad or not stop if others are suffering. That is so toxic and sad. He needs to let up on himself.

…um… We just…teleport from the giant explosion…to immediate safety…everyone was in there might I add…and they're all here…fine… Uh… And they say they escaped barely…and we’re just told…no coolish escape scene with Deku’s really utilizing Blackwhip to get everyone out of there…is “Show, Don’t Tell” not a thing in this universe? This arc is kinda losing me, the cutaway is very jarring. Imo, something that would’ve been amazing is Endeavor acting super protective with Deku because him seeing Deku pushing him to the brink of suicide reminds him of Toya. Hey 2nd user, check it out, it’s your son. Jokes aside, I feel like Class A showed up way too early. One of my problems with the arc is that it’s moving way too fast and I feel like we are skipping over so many things, it also doesn’t let Deku think about anything either. Also, Endeavor and Class 1-A just have no reaction to OFA, despite it being the exact power used by All Might, the No. 1 hero, with it being a super big secret for five and half seasons and they don’t even talk about it, that’s very jarring for myself, it also should’ve been chronological instead of shown through a flashback. The story trying so hard to push the unity of the class after missing almost every opportunity to develop said unity is absolutely out of left field. I know everyone won’t agree but I hate how Bakugo acts here. To clarify at this moment, I’m fine with everything else, but here I just don’t like it.
