@@taetannim3581doubly so if you sent the Gauru. As is established in these stories, the MCU exists and Rocket Raccoon is a fan favorite. If a species that looked like him, or any other race that's similarly falls under the human sense of "cute" like that cat species, and they asked for help? Humans will die for their adopted families, their pets and those they care about. Tell them there are a bunch of Hunters that do nothing but eat cute sentients because they LIKE IT and you will solve the Hunter problem in no time.

Deathworlders is the primary storyline in the Jenkinsverse. Stories in Jenkinsverse include Xiu Chang, Salvage, Humans Don't Make Good Pets, and many more. And this doesn't count the number of cameos and tributes to other series on r/HFY.

@@sintanan469 so, their all connected?... I find that hard to believe.... Given how some doesn't relate to each other... For example the one about dark matter being magic, or the university one. Either way, the writers of these stories could, if they wanted too, to create a fortune from these stories alone. This one could be created into a successful TV series in the right hands.

@@igkslife Everything outside the Jenkinsverse *isn't* connected, but there's a lot of in-jokes and cameos in the early chapters if you know what to look for. One being gricka. Gricka popped up in a one-shot HFY story a long while ago and it has become a running joke that aliens fear/admire the gricka predator... which is just a housecat.

Listening to the essentials playlist, my only complaint so far is the lack of pause between character jumps. For example, where Terry Boone's story wraps up and Kirk/Perfection starts, there is less pause than a full stop. I'm going to assume it's an editing mistake as you splice the sections together. I recommend just a pregnant pause to allow everything to settle before the point of view is changed.
