Ian Brown can you explain why you used satanic symbolism , i know this was written for rhianna originally - was this song a commentary on what she and other pop STARS have to do to BECOME STARS - STELLIFY Made a shrine with candles Fallen angel from the sky marching band with inverted pentagrams in red and black, and you look dead serious and pissed off. ABC xyz - isn’t most pop rock indie pretty predictable chord structures and melody’s ? Prob 95% of the groups are ! Going back to most of the Beatles songs bar a handful , proberbly Radiohead are the exception using a lot of 7 th 9 th 11 th chords , modal structures and 10-15 different chords throughout some songs but that don’t make them any better , he s good he s popular and getting better every year. I have a studio I would luv to be as good as this guy
