I was really upset when I heard they broke up in December '74...but we got two great albums in '75 with his first solo plus "Mott-Drive on"...but really wish he woulda stayed with MTH !

as a young kid in the 1960`s i wanted a musical base in my life - became a roadie - then a singer did a lot and at 67 i am so glad i did get and take a chance - still love guitars and music and singing = rock n roll is a wide field - keep your faith and perform to your audience .

What month is this ... anyone know...?...he talks about the live album being ready which was released in November '74..They'd be only together until December and it would all be over for Mott the hoople...shame ...!

Who knows...I'm sure they're friendlier now...but I read that he wanted Ariel out and had the other band members kick him out of MTH so he could get Ronson in...which he did at the end of the year...
