Rohini Mam's conversation made me realize the ground realities of an IAS working honestly. Like About Toilets, Moral Code of Conduct, Exam to test Teachers to handle upgraded syllabus while facing the resistance to change from society, handling huge masthabhishekam successfully making the transparent tenders happen. I am from KA. I feel we are blessed to have her as one of our DCs. Whether she came here by choice or not, have to appreciate that she is doing a tremendous job and the justice for the position she has been given (that ofcourse she earned from her IAS to become a civil servant by choice).
