Madam, what we understand from this interview is that honest officials are subject to severe stress and would face stumbling blocks for performing even normal duties. Kannada resembles Telugu very much , sentence formation is same and 60%are same in both languages but with different meanings hence it is easier for telugus to understand kannada for us kannada resembles another slang in telugu
