Nothing significant.. just the training part of IAS/Civil Services

Development plan for each state has to be collected from the students, discussed in the their practical classes. Suggestions, recommendations can be done by development expert team. First appointment in their native state. So that love of their state will make them to work harder for their state and budget / tender approval can be done by a x team ( confidential, Honesty) Moral values, karmas, success life stories of Honest IAS officers/ officers can be taught in class. Marriage pre counselling is a must for IAS officers and their spouses. Spouse selection criteria( Honest, love, patriotic, etc) has to be taught on the last session of first day classes. Spouses has to go undergo training/ counselling classes before marriage.
