She should be suspended first then lodge cases against him. Her father and grandfather were in the UPSC post, 40 crore+ assets, then she applied as a creamy OBC candidate. She is absolutely mentally fit, she has an Audi car. There's nothing left for investigation. She said that her parents are separated at the time of form filling up.

Dismissal is not really a punishment to someone who obtained a job fraudulently. It's like "punishing" a thief to return the stolen goods. This lady should be made to recompense the government for all the salary, perks and benefits she obtained over the past two years
