Judicial officers work after court hours as well at their residence, as they have to read the case briefs of the cases they are going to hear for the day to come + he/she writes orders for the cases he/she has finished hearing as they have to give the judgements in a continuous manner + sometimes they also have to engage with police or other administrative officers at any hour at night as sometimes they have to sign & issue a warrent or an order in emergency or time sensitive cases or scenerios that can come up at anytime, So its almost same working hours.

Ma'am aapne ek chiz mention nahi ki. That is about political interference. My college senior is a special secretary in a state govt, I can't say where otherwise it will give his identity away. I know him personally and seen how he functions. He said, that once he had to face a local MLA and his supporters in an intimidating way when he was posted as DM. But after the issue was resolved, the MLA came to his residence personally and apologised. He said ki public ko dikhaane ke liye ye sab karna hota hai, aap personally mat lena. Now that MLA is a minister and he drafted my senior as his special secretary. Almost all policy decisions taken by the minister are actually suggested by my senior. Whether to challenge a court order or not, or which issues to take up on priority, almost everything is advised by him. So I personally feel, that having close relations with political class really makes a huge difference, and IPS IAS who work closely with ministers are the ones who actually call the shots.

It is not accepted just as it is. Various countries require you to pass certain examinations to practice over there. In simple words, Indian law degree is not sufficient to practice abroad but you can do well in India.

Parliament is not bound by the guidelines of Supreme Court. But generally, it does follows them in reality. Even if Parliament passes a law which is not so much in consonence with the SC guidelines/ judgment, it will stand if it is not in violation of fundamental rights. So yes, Parliament in a way can make laws irrespective of the opinion of SC but the law is always under scrutiny of Article 13. Inference : Parliament and judicial work goes hand in hand.

3 yrs LLB me aapko lagenge. Uske baad aapko vacancies ka wait krna hoga, har state me alag numbers me vacancies nikalti hain. If we assume that you're well prepared at the time of vacancy, then first Exam, then interview, then it takes some time for results as well. So, on an average, 2 to 3 yrs you've to keep in hand. This applies if you clear in first attempt. Otherwise, it depends how many attempts it takes for you to clear. All the best Palak 👍💯
