About me :- Hello, My name is Madhav Soni aka Mad Barrister. I'm a student of law at Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. I'm involved in video making since 2018. As i am interested in travelling also which pushed me to make Travel vlogs on KZbin. But somehow, On fine day i made a vlog of my college life at NLU Jabalpur which landed me to make videos that are informative for CLAT & other law aspirants. About this Episode :- In this video, Mr. Rishav Dixit (1st Additional Civil Judge to I Civil Judge, Jabalpur) shared his journey from preparation of Civil Judge Exam to his training period in the Judicial Academy. Further he mentioned that, The life of a trainee judge is a dynamic blend of learning and responsibility. Immersed in legal intricacies, they observe seasoned judges, grasp courtroom decorum, and analyze diverse cases. The journey involves at judicial academy rigorous study, mentorship, and adaptation, as they evolve into impartial arbiters of justice. It's a period of absorbing insights, honing judgment, and mastering the art of fair decision-making, ultimately shaping them into guardians of the legal system's integrity. He further talked about the life of a judge in India.

@@Libraryadda491 IAS are basically loose with morals and ethics where as judges are bounded with judicial authority and morals with authentic protocols ( each and every courts of india), Mostly IAS are not accountable, honest and transparent towards there bounded workings because of cunning and selfish nature where as Judges are neutral, many cases are still pending in courts not just because of good judges but because of the good IPS officer (mostly IPS officer are engaged in misleading the evidences to protect the politically connected criminals). I hope you can understand the situation of current and worst situation of indian Bureaucracy. In slang way, indian Bureaucracy system is fucked up by politicians and there babies names are Goons, criminals, Rapist, capitalist expolitators, and biased media.

@@redskull4367 bro ab meri baat sun hindi samjh aati hai to 2022 mein hmara exam hua tha punjab main ek prelims or ek mains prelims 50% ke Sath qualify krna tha or uske baad main ki marit banni thi ... 50% na lane walo ne Case lga dia high court mein ki prelims tuff exam tha primary level ke liye .. jb ki 5994 candidates ka selection almost ho gya tha joining latter milne vale the . Or last time pe judge decision deta hai ki .exam tuff tha isi liye jyada tr bache qualify nhi kr paye .exam dubara hoga .... qualify candidates ki life ko khatre mein dal diya or fail candidates ko mouka de diya ..... itni ghatiya judgment koi samjhdar admi to nhi de skda .to kabhi kabhi shak hota hai judges ke level ko dekh kr ... 6000+ bacho ka bina baat ke life barbad krdi .tum check kr skte ho punjab ett 5994 Case update
