I never thought I'd laugh out loud while watching an FMEA video ... The host stated, "I wish I could have a pound or a dollar for every 96 I've seen" (referring to and RPN calculation and the fact that many companies set 100 as the threshold to take action.

What is curious is that more than 3 years after publication of the handbook, most of the Customers still not asking for that....
