Hello friends, what about the "unawareness" of CI manager about IATF 16949 itself, and CSRs related directly to his process? He declares quite honestly that he's not aware of them both! Is this a finding to raise an additional nc regarding 7.3 (ISO 9001)? Or, do we have to leave it to the client to define this lack as "root cause" of the nonconformity regarding 7.1.3.1?
