What do I say if the recency effect actually increased in the delay condition? Do I say it supports or contradicts the multi-store model?

Hi so when we do our calculations we compare just the mean of last 5 words and the graph too right. Which inferential statistical method is appropriate for the same?

That's the best approach I think. The inferential test depends on if you did repeated measures (wilcoxon) or independent samples (MWU).

@@ThemanticEducation But wouldn't this mean you only had 10 pieces of data (number of recall for each of 5 words x 2 conditions)? Don't we have to have 20?
