Many thanks, I have a 3 G and a 4G tab of iball. According to service centre display Screen of 4G needs replacement. The 3G one does not charge now, hence, is switched off, but can be switched on. Now only 9% is remaining. Can the motherboard of 4G be installed in 3G? Can the display of 3G be installed in 4G.

If reset doesn't work then need to flash the device with firmware, but before that please takeout memory card if you have inserted one and then restart and check....If the device works fine then memory card needs to be formatted or replaced if necessary. I will check if it is possible to flash this tab without any dongle(hardware) and let you know if it can be done. Thank you, have a GOODTIME....
