In 1992 I started multitracki recording on a 4 track cassette Tascam 424, then 464. Because I came from an electronic music lab at UC Santa Cruz (Thanks to Robert Beede, Peter Elsea and Gordon Mumma), I had been taught all the methods used to make some of the best albums of the 1960-70's; Sgt. Pepper's, Pet Sounds, Electric Ladyland, etc. So, trying to do all that on 4 tracks required the same space saving techniques used back then. Bouncing 2+ tracks was essential! Thanks... what I learn here is what you all may sometime soon, hear.
