I wonder how many people will be waiting for some more attractive finishes (like Lee’s) before committing to an AZ? Here’s hoping for some new looks in 2019, though I do like the Trans Aqua Blue and Espresso Burst. Great guitars!

Tomurow The problem with the TAB model is the top is not bookmatched...and it’s a $3000 USD guitar. I got the 2402 Prestige, I like the finish a lot.

One of the guys from the band Polyphia has a pastel pink prototype model that is all over his instagram and is touring with now. I actually looks really nice, although some different more complex finishes would be interesting, but I think part of the appeal is the seldom yet clean and pristine look.

@@vZZenn Ibanez posted a flame top model with the number "AZ2402MV" on their instagram a few days ago. Sucks, I just got the blue one lol. The one Lee is playing in this video. I really do like it though. Looks just like a luxury sedan.

Lee this seems more like an advertisement than an actual review. I got the Az 2402 Prestige and while I like it overall it’s not what I would consider perfect and there are definitely some thing I don’t like. The output jack for one, there’s no protection around the wood so you have to be insanely careful or else you can very easily dent or chip the finish around the jack.

Lee, I'm wondering how the tuning stability on this guitar compares with Floyd-Rose equipped Ibanez guitars for heavy trem use. For example, how does it compare to a Joe Satriani model, or a Prestige-level RG or S? If it's comparable, I'd go for this model. Thanks so much in advance.

It's really good doesn't go out of tune that's why this is now my number 1 guitar

Very good for a non lockin tremolo, but not even close to what a high end floyd rose or edge would give u.

I got a mm1 recently (nicest instrument I ever played) but I’m struggling a lot tuning wise... if I use the trem bar it goes out of tune pretty easily... I never was a floating trem guy but I wanna use this into my playing but I think it won’t be this time
