She is so down to earth! So likable! I’m not familiar with her work but will be after this. She’s right about the money aspect but a long time ago in a galaxy far far away cost did mean something. $100 guitar was not playable but not anymore as Thomann has proven! Somehow I started following Yvette’s twitter last year, I think it was because San Holo retweeted a photo of her and him somewhere, anyways, don’t really know about Covet the band’s music, but she is always posting short clips of her practicing or composing, makes me want to learn guitar

Can't say I'd have ever purchased a bass like this had Ibanez not offered it (most 5 strings with the high C are boutique built). Over the past year and a half... I have written an entire album that relies on this instrument!!

My favorite instrument of mine will always be my ibanez srff805, it has a thin finish so it's worn down based on my slapping patterns and how I rest my hand when I pluck. The neck pickup is also worn down a bit from my thumb. Super inspiring.

There are really good guitars made in Indonesia and China, Vietnam, etc. The price is rediculous though. But it's on par with the cost of Mexican made Strats/ Teles, etc.

She’s intelligent & down to earth. I do like Talman series especially her signature one but unfortunately it’s far from affordable. It costs the same as a brand new American Tele...where I live. An awful lot of money for Indo made guitar imo
