I finally got my hands on one! I had the one with the quilt maple top, the purplheart/walnut centre seam...and blue & green burst (2 distinct colour rings). So.. exactly same as this, just a different top.. Alas, I got lost purchase dissonance...and decided the tone was "too 80's"...too polished, for my grungey, dirty rock style. And so I took it back and got this Gibson SG Special ☝️ (in my icon pic) instead. I can never regret the SG...but I have always mourned my RG! Until...3 months ago...what's this? Gumtree.. "Reverb" equivalent in Australia had an RG premium cerlulean burst...just like this...close by and for a really great price. I had to save a further 2-3 weeks, and fortune favoured me, it was still there. What luck! I nabbed her! And I shall ne'er part with this fine, buxom wench again!!

Feodor is one of the most interesting and most talented guitarists (if not the most talented) nowadays! The guitar has top specs - lock tuners, poplar lightweight body, SS frets, stronger wood for the neck.....i just wonder, why Ibanez weren't making them before (back in the days when guitar playing was booming)?

I bought it and couldnt get the strings even reasonably low without terrible fret buzz or skipping notes. And the neck was perfectly straight

Just got one aswell. mines got no issues. It did have some fret buzz but I just adjusted the truss rod. This guitar makes my dads custom fender feel cheap. But It did take some time to get over buyers remorse at first spending so much on it, thinking about what else i couldve gotten.
