This video convinced me on buying the DX 320MAX, and holy bejeezus, this thing is off the charts crazy. I think the most baffling and impressive iBasso managed to do was make this thing extra-future proof with the removable batteries! As for the sound, I don’t even know what to say about it… it’s like everything sounds “normal” but just better in every single way possible! Also the soundstage is so amazing, not too far or close. Thanks for the review!!!!

Thank you for your kind words! I do use this pairing quite a bit, it is an excellent sounding pair, with a lush, deep bass, musical and organic sounding midrange, and a smoother, leaner treble. Overall, it is super bassy and deep sounding as a pairing, and very smooth / fluid. It would be great if you're looking for a detailed, but smooth sound

Hey how did you like it with the Atriums? I just bought the DX320maxti and also have some ZMF Atrium closed on order. Was it able to drive your Atriums?

I want to add a little correction - There are 5 batteries inside. 1 for the Digital Stage, and 4 for the Analogic stage, 2 for each channel :)

Amazing review, thanks for all your effort and talent inverted, Which DAP would you recommend before this one?, in general I am looking for something lighter and smaller, regardless of the price, I currently have a Fiio M17 but it is very large, I would like something with those characteristics but more portable.

Thank you! I personally would grab either Astell & Kern SE180, which is a bit large still, but much smaller, but has sharp edges. Or a very rounded and ergonomic DAP, but with a big display, iBasso DX320 the stadnard edition, it is super good, but more portable. Those two I like the most overall for flagship levels sound but reasonable portability

Hiii, DX320 MAX TI has a beefier, more dynamic sound, SP3000 sounds smoother, more refined. Both are super fun to listen to, if you mainly USE IEMs, SP3000 can be enough, especially portably, but for headphones, especially larger headphones, DX320 MAX TI will be better. If you value flexibility, DX320 the standar is magical too, less pricey, and also sounds superb

Hello! I have been enjoying my dx320 for couple of months. Paired with meze 109 pro after your recomendation and I really enjoy the combo. Im tempted to upgrade to dx320MAX. Is the uprade really noticable for the price difference? Also, huge selling point for me is the design of the 320MAX, it is truly beautiful. Thanks

Hii, the upgrade is huge, you should like it a lot. BTW, it has a different signature, smoother, less edgy, if that is what you're looking for, it will deliver big time

A DAP would always have a better sound than a DAC/AMP for portable due to Android system on smartphones being somewhat limited compared to a windows PC, where you can get the same high-end experience with both DAC/AMPs and a DAP, as long as they have USB DAC function

Thanks for the review. So with this dap I have to charge every time with two chargers, digital with usb and analogue battery with dc? Usb c can't charge both batteries as on dx300/320?

Yes, you have to use two chargers. Using justType-C only charges the Digital battery... It is a downside when having something so nice as DX320 MAX TI

Hi,DSD songs sound best on which DAP,Astell&kern SP3000 or DAP running android like DX320 MAX Ti on which applications like Onkyo HF player or neutron music player can be installed.

@@Yatharth144 Better experience sonically, it has a lower noise floor for IEMs, more control, better detail and resolution. If you value portability more, it is best to get SP3000 as it is smaller and easier to carry around

Well, it would still be the best DAP made to date sonically, but the resolution of YT would be lackluster compared to hi-res options

What I mean is that YT has 160kbps max sound data rate while tidal can do lossless now, so you can use YT for sure, and I do too as I love videos, but sonically Tidal can be a bit better. Getting Tidal premium helps, as it increases the bit rate, but still a dedicated streaming service usually has better audio

@@AudiophileHeaven tell me about it I have a fiio m11 pro, and until this day I regret not buying the ibasso equivalent ñ, it was more expensive but still... and is not that the m11 is bad is just that the sound signature of the ibasso fills. my heart haha
