In today’s video we will be finalizing our IBC tote raised garden beds. We will get them planted along with our other flower beds. This is turning out to be a nice cheap alternative for raised garden bed gardening. Thanks for watching!!

You should have made them into self watering wicking beds. Look up IBC Wicking Garden Beds. You will save alot of water and time from watering.

I definitely should have done that. I hadn't seen that theory prior to building these. I have seen lots of info on it now and I am considering redoing them all. Stay tuned if I redo them, I will make a video. Thanks for watching!!

How did your garden turn out? My husband was given an IBC container. He hopes to make a rain Barrel. 🌧 💧 After seeing your video, I’m inspired. I hope we find another free container, I’d like to make something similar to what you made. 🥬 🍅

It worked out very well. As with all raised beds it did require a lot of watering, but it was super easy to keep clean and weed free. We will be using them again this spring. Thanks for watching!!
