That is what a yoshi power shield reflect looks like. When he is crouched like that, it is because he is lowering his hurtbox so when he presses the sheield button, his shield hit box stretches out to cover the projectile, letting it hit projectiles that would’ve already hit his head or passed behind him. The same principle applies for other characters and their powershielding, it is just more useful with yoshi as he can jump out of his power shield on frame 1, creating the infamous ‘parry’.

I would say it's Zain, Hbox, Cody, Amsa, Mango. Head to heads and consistency matter. Mango lacks consistency, Cody has better h2h than anyone but lacks the major wins of Hbox and Zain. Zain edged out Hbox at LSI. Amsa has put up better results than Mango, both recently and throughout the year, and has very good h2h. So Amsa is apparently better than Mango right now. But Mango/Amsa are not above Cody/Hbox.
