For me unfurnished is the best choice. Wala kang gamit na iisipin na i-maintain at the same time may freedom din yung mga renters to design (furniture base). Better to sell your furnitures na. I know you can buy more of that in the future but for now let it go muna. Since ngayon na you're finding saan ka talaga. Wag ka manghinayang sa mga bagay na pwede namang palitan. 🤍 Go ate rich! Why not rent a storage for 100 a month? Dati ganyan ginawa namin nung nag move kami from perth to melbourne. May bahay din kami sa Perth and pina renta namin. So nung nag move kami wala pa kaming pag stayhan sa Melbourne and naghahanap kami ng house. So we stayed sa sister ko here but imposible na madala namin lahat ng mga gamit namin sa bahay nila so what we did was we rented a storage for 100 a month til we found a house after 3 months.

Agree with the suggestion of the property manager na keep mo lang basic gamit kasi ikaw talaga magpapafix nuon. As a tenant of a fully furnished home ang nandito lang is couch, bed, dining table and chair, fridge, cooktop, microwave, vacuum, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. pero pag may nasira pinapaayos agad ng landlord namin. And mostly ng gamit is Kmart or Warehouse brand. Hehehe.

Mas mabuti pa Rich na wag mo na lang ipa rent ang hause mo..total may friend ka naman jan si sis pwede mo syang sahuran taga visit sa bahay mo habang wala ka..atleast ma maintain nya ang bahay..kahit kada weekend sya mag visit sa bahay mo..meron naman siguro jan ma tawagan magpalinis ng bahay katulad sa ate mo sa Australia may maglilinis sa bahay nila.. less hassle pa,at anytime kung gusto nyo bumalik agad sa NZ complete pa ang mga gamit nyo..hindi nyo na kailangan ibenta ang mga gamit nyo..if ever for good kana sa Australia duon kana mag decide kung anung dapat gawin mo sa hause its eithere ibenta na ang hause and lot kasama ang mga gamit..
