Iberia A350 Business Class Trip Report (Suites with Doors)

I had two amazing experiences in Iberia's A350 Premium Economy and Business Class recently to JFK and EZE. I expected the worst and turned out to be absolutely great. Food, amenities, crew, and seats were more than decent!

Iberia is probably the best ratio quality-price company. Nice service, excelent food, and one of the companies with less accidents. By the way, Iberia was the second most punctual airline in Europe and fifth in the world . It has improved a lot in the last years.

Another great video- Thanks! If I recall correctly, IB has center overhead bins in Y in the older a350s, so their absence is a change here. And I'm not sure why, but that eye mask is the best I've ever used-including ones from first class amenity kits and ones I've bought.

Nice , did you have to deal with their customer service or lack thereof? They may be more attentive if you're in BC or maybe not. This product looks ace , they fly the old 330's out of Boston and the BC is not up to snuff. You are one of the better presenters on YT travel NQAT mate.

Hello Im trying to book 2 business seats from the US to Madrid, however I have looked at 10 flights from different airports like JFK, BOS, ORD, and the seat chart only shows window seats as options. The middle 2 seats are not visible at all. Do you have any insight?

Nice report - I have to confess, however, that a comment about how ‘chaotic’ Latin American airports are might be seen by some as unnecessary at best (0:45). The terminal didn’t appear to me any more chaotic than most. A ‘depressing sea of mahogany’ at the entrance to the business class lounge? Seriously? (2:07)

1:35 MEX is probably one of the worst airport in LatAm, terminal 1 especially. Try SJO for a nice experience.

Have you asked the crew about their permission to film them? Allow me to have my doubts. Are you respecting their rights to privacy ? Are they ok with being shown on a YT video for the entire world to see? It's good to examine their level of service for which you've paid, but what about your level of respect for others?

Whatever the planes are like the staff are truly dreadful. They abandoned me in Madrid, put me (a business class passenger) in a dreadful hotel which didn’t even have a bar, or tea making facilities , just vending machines and the attitude of the staff on the ground and in the air was appalling. You can really tell this is a sister airline of British Airways. Both airlines are a disgrace to their national flags.

Never again Iberia business! The only thing they added after covid are the doors, but it's still the same cramped business class as always!! NOT AT ALL COMFORTABLE and where it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep if you are a tall person. I am 190 centimeters tall and I spent an ocean flight without being able to sleep, because in the dedicated space there is only ROOM FOR ONE FOOT!! You can't lie down! I got off the plane with a sore knee that I carried for days. Do you know what they replied to me when I wrote to IBERIA customer service? That they don't have a protocol to handle complaints like mine... can you believe that?? I lived in Spain for 2 years and have been working with Spanish people for 30 now and I know many Spaniards as tall as me and some even taller!! How can IBERIA continue to install a rubbish business like this on board???

Every flight I’ve taken with Iberia in all classes they offer have been horrific. Late/canceled flights, lost luggage, rude/uninterested flight attendants, dirty aircraft, inedible food. I gladly take Air France, British or Lufthansa instead. I will NEVER fly Iberia again.
