Iberostar Rose Hall Beach resort, 2022 Montego Bay Jamaica

Can u smoke marijuana freely on the resort?

@@Hollywood42081 yes you can, but not on the inside of the building. On the balconies are allowed. It felt so different just seeing others smoke and smoking without having to hide it.

My wife and I travelled to this resort in Feb 2010. It was the best caribbean vacation we ever had. We also stayed at the Rose Hall beach, which is the least expensive of the three sister Iberostar hotels. These Iberostar hotels were magnificent in every way. I'd go back in a minute.

Hi@@DC-ym8km, We had a great trip, thanks for asking! We left Nova Scotia near the end of a historic snowstorm and got to Jamaica, 7 1/2 hours delayed to a historic storm in Jamaica!!! The storm or "cold front" as they called it caused considerable damage to seaside infrastructure and closed the beach at our resort for about 4 days! It was too bad because the ocean water was really warm and the pools were cold! We were prepared to snorkel and we couldn't until the last 2 days of the trip because it took that long for the ocean to clear up enough to snorkel. We found the resort very clean and well maintained as far as we could see and they were constantly working on it to keep it that way. We had a great time at the Samurai restaurant and you can see some of the fun here if you like: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZKWcoOdrqZ7pbs&ab_channel=FunAfter50 We found the entertainment staff very friendly and we really enjoyed the company of Cookie, Sparkles, Zugu, Skinny and Faya Ras. My wife and I worked out in the pool with Mo-Mo ( aka Sexy Chocolate ) and my wife also worked out with Zeus. They both did fun workout routines. We found the food and service in the buffet area excellent so we did not go hungry...that's for sure! Also, if you're a cat fan, ask the concierge service to get a ride for you to see the cats in the cat sanctuary over by the Grand section of the resort. All in all and fantastic vacation...we are easy to please so base your opinion from that reference. It was about 40°C warmer in Jamaica than it was home so we were happy campers for a week! @@DC-ym8km It was pretty awesome! Left Nova Scotia in a history making snow storm only to arrive in Jamaica to a history making storm there! Couldn't snorkel for days but when we finally did it was really cool around the artificial reefs out in front of the resort. The "Star Friends" were a lot of fun and very friendly. Food was great and we had a ball in the "Jamaicanese" Restaurant. Definitely a trip to remember. Have fun when you get there in November! Cheers, John

Hi, we are considering this specific location for a seven day all inclusive in September in your mind how are the accessibility features if you noticed any, we will have some travelers needing accessible rooms and how do you think the accessibility is around the property?

I think you’re OK. The hotel is completely accessible. I would just double check and make sure that any reservation for any of your guests that require accessibility to the hotel is aware of that are there may be some rooms that are better than others for this purpose basically you go when you go up the elevator to your floor come down the elevator to the pool level, now there is one thing the beach is down a steep stead of stairs. So the accessibility to the beach for these people will be impossible. However, they can enjoy the pool area and the courtyard area where most of the activities take place best of luck and have a wonderful trip. I hope this is helpful.

All meals are indoor, there is a chicken and burger shack on the beach . You take your food back to your lounger Or there is a outside area behind the bar on the upper level.
