Benavidez is hungry. He is trying to go all out against canelo, you can tell him and his team have been preparing for years for that fight. Benavidez won't be easy given his height and pressure. Odds. Are 60% canelo 40% benavidez. I still give canelo an edge given his experience and strong chin. But benavidez has all the other advantages. He's Stronger, has more stamina, has a bigger frame, has momentum, and has everything to gain and nothing to loose. He knows a win over canelo will elevate him into star 2:56 dom.

It took Munguia at least a couple of rounds to get over the drop. Will Benavidez be able to recoup if he gets caught which chances are he will taking into account that his has a lot of holes in his defense. We don’t have an answer for that yet 🤷🏻‍♂️

What's funny to me is how people don't understand this fact. Benavidez has the power to make the fight happen, you see. Being mandatory is different from having the fight mandated. These are two different things. Team Benavidez will have you believe that Canelos is ducking, but all Team Benavidez has to do is petition the WBC to mandate the fight, and Canelo would have to fight him or face being stripped of the WBC and WBA. Team Benavidez has failed to do so, and Canelo is not obligated to fight him. These are facts.
