Italia Alimentari, through its brand IBIS Salumi, produces and exports the best products of Italian charcuterie: Culatello di Zibello PDO, Mortadella Bologna PGI, Culatta di Busseto, Bresaola della Valtellina PGI, salamis, cooked hams, coppas and bacons.
The company has one of the most modern and efficient industry in Italy, with 4 plants allocated in important PDO and PGI areas: in Busseto (Parma), Postalesio (Sondrio), Gazoldo degli Ippoliti (Mantova) and Mandatoriccio (Cosenza). Two other plants are located abroad: one in Brampton (Canada) and the other one in Woodbridge (New Jersey, US).
The company is specialized in products of traditional charcuterie, but also sandwiches and snacks. It is able to export its products in more than 50 countries in the world.
