1000% if Dom was 2 points and 2 advantages up he would be doing the exact same thing

It does suck for Dominique with Adam holding his lapel. But if you know the game, Adam is technically not stalling. As long as he is working for a sweep or a sub every couple of seconds, the stall clock resets. Letting Bell out of his guard with 8 minutes to go would not be smart on Adam's part.
