Considering how often they train, I can understand why they will allow other colors than white lol I cant train for like 3 months without my white gi starting to fade in an off-white. They must be changing Gi's like underwear over there!

The mats have subflooring it's raised because of the level of padding underneath the mats. You can do high intensity throws and takedown without getting injured

I’ve been training there since opening and have not seen anyone fall off the mats. I think it forces spacial awareness. My opinion: If you’re finding yourself off the mat, you/your partner are out of control.

I don't get it, when I made my gym I made everything around padded (walls) with same level of the floor. This mat is quite small and looks dangerous for me. Nobody makes their gym look like this because it is impractical.
