Thanks Tony. This was very helpful. Just bought a really nice 2004 Honda Element EX last month and I've just been exploring different elements of my Element. I was in a park eariler today and wanted to measure the floor space with the rear seats up for possible bedding solutions for camping trips. And there wasn't any curb where I was parked and in my old age I found it challenging to even climb up in the back This would solve that problem. Thanks again. Subscribed. Take care.

Thanks alot....I'm doing a "reclamation" project on my 18-year-old Element and plan on doing this. Great explanation!

Tony! Thanks for posting this. Made job 10×easier! Was uncertain where exactly bolt holes were. Ended up going to hardware store for another bolt with same thread pattern to auger out front mount bolts. Looks slick

Thanks for the video. The instructions they give you don’t really explain what is what. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Toney, I’m about to put them on my Element. I’m installing mine so I can get to the roof rack that I installed earlier. You didn’t step on it to show us how well it holds a person.

Howcome the oem ones I removed from my element have a middle bracket, but these aftermarket ones dont?🤔, I feel like the middle part is the part that will hold most of the weight of the driver, how sturdy do they feel? With all your weight on them?

Hey Tony, do you have the list of the sorted parts? In the beginning of the video you said it was down in the comments but I don’t see it.

I am installing the runningboards today and I’m finding that they don’t seem to fit right the front of the board sits about an inch and a half lower than the back. Did you have any problems like that?

Would running boards make it hard for someone to take a catalytic converter?

Stopped here because I thought it was Jim Belushi working on an Element! 😂

My '06 E came with those things. I personally hated them as I kept bashing my ankles and shuns on the damned things getting out of the truckster, so off they came.

funny thing is that i got the running board just to make it harder for catalytic converter thieves from reach it.
