Cute video. Where do you source the slip on 'o' ring supply fittings. Without these installation is sheer aggravation seeing that you can't sweat any fittings within 4" of the iBox!

So unless you're going to anchor the iBox to the wall from either the front or the back of the iBox the black part isn't really needed. It's a pain to keep it because it only has 2 positions in order of it to be flush with the framing. Why can't you illustrate that it works without it? Even better, why can't you speak? IKEA style manuals are really irritating. Written instructions or videos with spoken instructions are broader and clearer. Illustrations work when they're part of the written or spoken instructions not the instructions as a whole.
