Coming to your query, you can prepare basics of political science in the Indian scenario like important people, important movements that lead to the current standings. Secondly, the current scenario in both the national and international cases. Moreover a basic reading of the Constitution will suffice, like the schedules and some important articles. Lastly you cannot know everything so learn to say no, frame a good answer for this. If you don't know the answer just humbly tell them that you are not aware. I hope I cleared your doubt. Sir Kya interview me ye possible h ki hm answers kbhi Hindi me kabhi English me apne according de pay....kuki subject related aur jo ready kiya h apne bare me vo to hm English me properly explain kar lenge bina hesitation ke but agar kuch out of the box question ka reply Krna ho aur hm English ke chhkar me haklane lage fir 😢😢 Meri condition ye h ki mai na purily English me bol sakti hu aur na purily Hindi me bol sakti hu... please suggest

You must find yourself comfortable and relaxed while answering. So don't worry about what language you are using whether Hindi or English. If you can answer a particular question in English it's well and good go for it. But if in the mid you are not able to find good words or form meaningful sentences, then also no need to panic, you can immediately switch to Hindi and complete the answer. Like you can say, I have good inter-communication skills which will help in better communication with the customers as well as the staff. Here you explained your strength and why it is good in banks. Weakness : Being a overthinker show that you get anxious easily which is a good thing but prepare a good reason how it will be good for bank. Being emotional is a weakness that could hamper your day to day work in the bank and it also shows that you will not be able to handle much pressure as you are not that strong mentally. So please try to find some other weakness that is not actually a weakness. And in the case of strength, it is a good point that you are a good listener but please prepare a back up answer that how this particular thing will help you in the bank. For the strength Sir, I think I am a good listener because I believe in the power of understanding others needs, concerns, and viewpoints .This will help me to build strong relationships with others and identify the problems, develop solutions. Secondly I am a highly perseverant individual . I put extra effort and time required to achieve goals. For the weakness I sometimes tend to be perfectionist which can sometimes lead to me spending too much time on particular task. However I am aware of this and actively working on it to improve this tendency.
