I appeared in three interviews and in only one they asked me about my graduation. But make sure to prepare an answer where you can justify that how being a science student will help you in banking. If not all, atleast go for big names like Weber, Marx, Durkheim etc Because they may ask who is your favourite thinker and their thoughts After that the schools in sociology give that a look also How is family defined in Sociology by different schools etc. I hope I could have helped. I completed my intermediate from XYZ school in Indore. Then I pursued my graduation in XYZ course from ABC college in Mumbai. As for my answer I did all my studies in Lucknow so I mentioned born and brought up in Lucknow. And you can analyse yourself and point out the mistakes that you are making, then there is no need for the batch. But if you have even a single percent of doubt that you need some analysis from someone else and you have the resources to afford one, then go for the batch. And batch as in I would say if actually necessary go for one or two mock interviews that could help boost your confidence and tell you the mistakes that needs to be corrected. If all your documents and IDs contains only the first name, then I introduce yourself with the first name. It looks more official if it matches the documents. But I would say there could be a cross question, why you are not using your surname ( as in the documents father's surname would be there ) And if in the introduction, you tell the full name they may ask why you don't carry the full name in your official documents. As for your query, if you are able to prepare some basic terms of your subject that will act as an icing on the cake because in case they ask something amd you are able to answer that will be great. Secondly if not then you can keep track of all the current happenings in the field of science nationally and internationally. And all the big historic achievements made by India in the field of science for example, Who won the Noble prize in physics from India ? If you know this please answer. So if you prepare like this you can tackle the questions easily. And in case you don't know about something and they ask in interview, you can humbly so that you cannot recall currently and you will read it after the interview positively.
