@@GuidelyLearn irrationally extended the interview... usually it got ended in 10 min..but the channel has further extended the aspirant interview so that he can learn something otherwise if he perform like this then in reality he will be rejected

Straight forward and simple answer for nbfc is They are largely a shadow banking system (all the mpc regulations are not applied to them) They are also called as niche banks because there ability to provide quick finance in a particular space(like powerfinace corporation provides loans only for discoms projects another example is lic hfl for housing development only) etc as well nbfc cannot issue cheques dds etc
