Ibrahim Traore should be in government for a maximum of 10 years (2 terms of 5 years each) and, after that, resign to contest as a civilian President with a maximum of two terms. During these periods, Ibrahim Traore would have succeeded in placing Burkina Faso on a solid structure that would be difficult for future governments to destroy. The Democratic governance in Africa should be an *improvised Indigenous system of governance which doesn't promote corruption as the democracy imposed by the West.* Politics and governance in Africa should be about rendering selfless services to the people and *NOT an avenue for self-enrichment.* Africans have suffered for centuries.
