I've been treating hypothyroidism for more than 30 years now and astonishingly I was never requested to do a T3 examen , only T4 and TSH. Why medical doctors neglect T3 if it is so important for male health? I'm deeply shocked.

Hi Dr. Thank you so much for the video. I'm from Italy and my husband was diagnosed with Hashimoto disease last year while we were searching for a azoospermia cause. He had normal levels of T3, low T4, TSH and testosterone, and 19 mu/ml of LH and 15 of FSH. After a appointment, his doctor prescribed daily dose of 100mmg tyroxil. One year later, his TESE came out negative, zero spermatozoa. Do you think there's a way to regulate his hormones levels and maybe restore his spermatogenesis? Wich testicle antibody should we test for? The doctors didn't even wanted to listen when we came with his exams results, they insisted that our only solution is with a donor that ivf. 😢 We're desperate looking for a solution, please if there's any articles, studies, diet, similar case, medicine (so we could ask his doctor) , anything that could help with a solution we'd be so grateful to know!! Thank you so much again ♥

Just get your Testosterone levels checked and also prolactin. If your thyroid is low, and also your cholesterol. I did, and I am on Testosterone now, it can raise your cholesterol even more. Its really a complicated situation for men with low thyroid and low T, and high cholesterol, you have to protect your heart from too much cholesterol, I take Zetia to help lower it. What a Damn mess it is.

@@sunilrathode2069 yes I have hypothyroidism , it was detected at random blood test , I didn't have any symptoms at that time.. but after a while I started to have symptoms.. please get full body check up including ur testosterone levels.. low testosterone and hypothyroidism produces same symptoms..like low energy low libido.. both accelerate aging
