One of the most exciting races I have ever seen. 😮😮 Kudos to EJ and SHL for making JTB work for his win. Last couple of seasons have been very boring.

Tracks should be widened or there should be rules for overtaking, which if broken should incur a penalty.

I was rooting for Emilien, the ending should be better. I can't see what really happened, but probably Johannes step on Emiliens ski, it was unfortunate. I saw Emiliens instagram and he took with humour, so it's fine👍.

yes, check our post-race interview with Emilien and he gives a clear explanation of what has happened

Yeeeaaah, HOT RACE 🔥 When Johannes was shooting at the 4 shooting, the position of his left ski was over the mat. And that's a violation. But...noone saw it 🤷🏼♀️ And in the race, he inertially stepped on the tip of Emilien's ski. Not on purpose, while skiing. But it's the same as if someone stepped on your boot, and you tripped.

Poor sportsmanship from Boe, such an athlete should do better

See the interviews on the german show. Johannes said he was in the right. Then the main coach from germany (that saw it from 1 meter away) said johannes was in the right to go past him there, and that it wasnt his fault. Then emilien came. Saw the footage. and said after 0,1 second: oh yeah. He has every right to try to pass me there, i shouldnt have given him the space. Not Johannes' fault. So everyone disagree with you. Even the one who fell. Stop back-seat-driving please.........

Terrible commenting, this american accent in this sport feels so wrong!

Couldn't disagree more. The commentators are better than the previous ones, the woman especially speaks very clearly and doesn't mix up names. It's also good that it's in English so that it can reach more people.

Thingnes Boe, you lied on 3:11 minute interview. Emilien Jacquelin was not attacking, you were. It was not incident. It was your fault. I guess, sportsman your level sorry about the way of your victory. You should have been more attentive to your opponent.

did you really understand what he said????? listen to chronology of events that Boe presented it again , before accusing him of lying

When Boe talked to the Norwegian tv he said Emilien got tired and stiffend completely on the topp - Boe tried to pass him on the right side, Emilien then cut right and Boe ended upp stepping on his skis. well when Emilien saw and understood Boe was going to get past him , maybe he should be more attentive to

@@mathstutors8816 I don't care what Boe presented, I saw the race. It was a classic biathlon attack on the hill climb and Johannes was wrong. I am sure he knows it, that is why he apologized to Emilien.

@@stine7144 Really? Look at it a little wider. Johannes wasn't in the right, he was behind. And then the classic biathlon attack on the hill climb started. Boe made a mistake, he really wanted to win, but not at that price...
