The prebuilt Hyte Y60 I received shipping box had been opened from the bottom of the Box and the Graphic Card had been replaced with no graphics card box, just flopping around in the shipping box. Tech Guy is a Shyster. Support unbelieveable

lifetime technical support...I had to restart my PC and lost the correct version of software for my case lights and reached out for help. Went in a circle from ibuypower to asus to asrock having them all tell me to talk to the other, it's all a joke. I've given up and accepted that I won't have any lighting for the past year and a half
